Welcome to deluxetraderfunding.com (the “Site”), operated by Deluxe Productions, LLC (“Deluxe Productions” or “Deluxe Trader Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico. By accessing or using the Site and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Simulated Use Disclaimer
All trading activities on Deluxe Trader Funding take place in a simulated environment only. No real capital is provided or traded. This platform is intended solely for educational and evaluation purposes. Deluxe Trader Funding is not a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor and does not provide access to real markets.
Access and Account Creation
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Site.
1.2 User Account
To access certain features (evaluation challenges, dashboards, funding requests), you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
License to Use the Site
2.1 License Grant
Deluxe Productions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
2.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Site content;
- Bypass or interfere with any security or authentication measures;
- Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful content.
Evaluation Program and Trading Rules
3.1 Evaluation Phases
Your access to a simulated funded account is conditioned on successfully completing the evaluation phases described on the Site. You must meet the profit objectives and adhere to risk limits to progress within the program.
3.2 Risk Management Rules
All rules—including maximum drawdown, daily loss limits, permitted instruments, trading hours, minimum number of active trading days, commissions, and withdrawal caps—are detailed in our Evaluation Guide, accessible from your dashboard. Any rule violation will result in immediate termination of the current evaluation phase.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Site, its content, trademarks, and tools (texts, logos, designs, software, and databases) belong to Deluxe Productions or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Privacy and Personal Data
Your privacy matters to us. The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://deluxetraderfunding.com/privacy-policy
By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your data in accordance with this policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Deluxe Productions makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Site and its services.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deluxe Productions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or trading activities, including lost profits or data.
Force Majeure
Deluxe Productions shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, riots, major internet outages, or governmental actions.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective Date: July 1, 2025.
Termination
Deluxe Productions may suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice and at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
Market Data Access Fees
Access to Level 2 market data (full order book depth) is optional and billed separately. Users may subscribe to Level 2 data for a single CME market for $19.99/month or all four major CME Group markets (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for $59.99/month. These monthly fees are separate from evaluation account subscription fees and are due upon activation of the data feed. Deluxe Trader Funding reserves the right to adjust these rates with prior notice.
Anti-Flipping Policy – Authentic Trading Activity
It is strictly discouraged to place trades solely to meet minimum active trading day requirements (“flipping”). To ensure authentic and meaningful trading activity, fewer than 5% of active trading days in the Funded Account should consist solely of symbolic or very low-volume trades intended just to “check off” a day.
30% Rule – Profit Consistency
In both Evaluation and Funded Accounts, daily profits must not exceed 30% of the total net profit calculated from the initial balance of the Funded Account. This rule encourages prudent risk management and steady growth, discouraging overly aggressive strategies based on a single large trade.
Minimum Delay Before First Payout
To request a first withdrawal on the Funded account, a minimum of 30 calendar days of active trading is required. This period must include trading days with operations that comply with the risk management rules.
Refund Policy
After registration and use of our services, no refunds are available. Please read our Terms carefully before subscribing.
Volatility Disclaimers
Trading during periods of high volatility may cause delays or errors in data feeds. Deluxe Trader Funding is not responsible for technical interruptions.

In case of technical problems, contact support immediately for assistance.
Restricted Countries
Citizens or residents of OFAC/EU-sanctioned countries are prohibited from opening accounts, trading, or receiving payments: Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Crimea, Cuba, North Korea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Service Modification and Interruption
Deluxe Trader Funding reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of its services or funding programs, with or without prior notice. The user agrees that Deluxe Trader Funding shall not be liable to them or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.
Additional User Responsibilities and Limitations
Limitation of Liability
Deluxe Trader Funding shall not be liable for damages arising from technical issues, data delays, or platform failures.
Use of Personal Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection and analysis of your trading data for service improvement, risk management, and compliance purposes.
Simulated Accounts
Evaluation and Funded accounts operate in a simulated environment; traders do not control or own real capital.
Non-Transferability
Accounts and services are strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred. Any violation will result in immediate termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Deluxe Trader Funding against any loss, claim, or damage resulting from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
Performance Disclaimer
Examples of past or hypothetical performance do not guarantee future results.
No Financial Services Provided
Deluxe Trader Funding does not provide investment services, does not manage user funds, and does not offer access to real financial markets. The services are purely for simulated evaluation and educational purposes. Users do not deposit or withdraw real money from financial markets.
Use of Trademarks and Logos
It is strictly prohibited to use Deluxe Productions’ trademarks, logos, trade names, or graphic elements for fraudulent purposes, phishing, or creating sites that imitate our services. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
